it wont work on aluminum.

You will drive yourself nuts trying to chase down all the little nicks with the paint pen.
The only reason to do it would be to keep the gun looking good for photo shoots...
Shoot it, learn it but don't worry about the dings they won't keep it from working.

i just repainted my ar15 and while the camo job came out great, i think its ugly as sin, its all perfect and shit. i cant wait to get it out in the mud and rough her up a little.
