    Trust lawyers in Northern, VA?

I would like to set up a trust. I've read most of the threads on this subject and I think I would feel more comfortable having a lawyer set this up as opposed to using Willmaker.

I spoke to two attorneys familiar in drafting wills and they had no clue about transfering class 3 NFA items into a trust. I'm looking for an attorney familiar with this. Does anybody know an attorney in Virginia that drafts trusts who is familiar with transfering NFA items into a trust?

Have you checked on VCDL's website? They have (or at least 'had' last time I looked) a listing of 2A friendly attorney types that handled a variety of issues.

Thanks! That's the guy I'm looking for. I had his card several months ago but lost it. I could not remember his name to save my life.

    Thanks again.

Beat me to it... although I was going to say those are two words that shouldn't be in the same sentence.

I found this earlier today. I spoke to a couple of lawyers from the list including dbrowne. I'm good to go. Thanks to all who posted good advice.

I am working with him to get mine setup now. He will respond quickly to inquiries by email or phone. He used to be senior counsel with CBP/DHS.
