I am running 23.5 gr, 20 off, rem 7 1/2 primers. Its my" I need to gets some ammo quick" 600 yard load. Shoots sub MOA.

To each his own... but 55 gr bullets don't need to be loaded to any specific jump. They're tangent ogive and can simply be loaded to any desired length.

Should have noted, that was my load info for the 80 gr Nosler CC

Ah... I've never tried shooting those with any specific measurement off the lands. They've always just shot good at whatever extra long length I've set the die.

Truth is, most of the time I start out 10 to 20 thousands off like some wise old sage told me, and most of the time I wind up in that same range. Sometimes a 30 or more jump works.

Difference in groups can be surprising when its bad. 5 off gives 1" groups, all vertical with a load that will shoot groups in the high sub 0.4" Most of the time, its tenths of an inch +/-.

Cluster of groups at the top of the target is a seating depth series.

AR-Comp is my go to powder with my AR. I've also had great results with H335 and IMR 8208 XBR. I use either Hornady 55 FMJ or Hornady 55 gr SP bullets and Lyman data.

Why not try a powder that will work for 55-77+ and .308?

    TAC
    8208xbr

Used reloader 10x and H335 for a few years through the panic but use TAC for the time being. Have been working on loads for 8208 but have not found the velocities that TAC has given with acceptable accuracy without going well above published data. Have not tried CFE 223, but it looks good on paper.

Another vote for CFE-223. Meters like water in my Dillon, pretty clean, copper eraser works, and provides very good accuracy with 55gr-77gr bullets for me. I like it so well I haven't bothered with any other powder for .223 Hogdgon clearly designed this powder specifically for .223/5.56 and it shows.

Hogdon is just a reseller. CF 223 is apparently a blended canister grade variant of military SMP 842 that is used with M855A1. It is also one of Hogdon/IMR's few US-manufactured powders, coming out of General Dynamics' St Marks plant in Florida.
