A True SVD Can not be imported something about the trigger assembly I think Templar will Know more than me on that subject.

The Russian Import Tiger SVD 5000 and up

I have seen Norinco On Gunbroker Now 5000

Believe it or not, it is around $10K and up. The Tigr I see go about $6K ish.

I have a Norinco NDM 86 in original caliber and I paid $3500 for it. Up to $4K seems to be the going price for those.
