BAC is absolutely correct on why I'm pulling the barrel extensions.

I'm switching out the extensions on some Centurion barrels I'm going to buy soon, and going to sell the KAC barrels to a friend of mine, who's going to turn them into MRP barrels for his Stretch. He waaaaants the gas system. I can't wait to see what he does with it.

I'm pretty sure Monty is the only dude who's company is small enough that he might do a custom gas port for me, IF I'm lucky. (0.57'', is what I want.)

    Then to ADCO they go!

Let's hope my ridiculous plan works...

I'm pulling extensions in March. If I get a better phone, or borrow a camera, then you guys will see pics, of the port, and the extension(s).

Well I finally got a chance to try my enhanced carrier in a 10.5'' noveske switch block with a suppressor that a buddy of mine owns.
All I can say is WOW that thing cycles so soft its stupid. I defiantly know now how I will build my SBR.

    Thanks Grant.

Instead of playing with barrel extensions, I'm just going to have my other two cut to 11.3'' (I think that's the size, I don't have the gun here at work with me) as well.

Which blows, because I already had the 14.5'' sent off... Now I have to do it again.

    Damnit.

At least I just got back my stamps for the SBR lowers. Now I'm just waiting for the suppressors...

An upper I just completed for a customer / hunting buddy of mine:

    DD Receiver
LMT enhanced BCG w/ standard bolt
DD Lightwieght carbine bbl cut to 12.5
    Gunfighter CH w/ permatex
    PRI Rifle length Forearm (natural)

I ran about 80 rounds through it this past weekend but all suppressed. Totally forgot to check to see if the carbine gasport was balanced (like my 12.5) to where it would not lock back on the last round I'm such a dork sometimes.

Anyway, this was my first build using a skinnier tube & could not get the gun to group until I firmed up the grip and held her tight. This is going to be a pig killing machine.
