I lost the damn instructions so i need some help. First off, do you need a certain degree of poundage or do you just hand tighten it on the threads? Is any type of oil or Loctite needed? Thanks.

I'm not sure of the exact Spec's, BUT if I had to assume, you SHOULD use Rocksett over LocTite and as for the Torque Spec - no idea.
Bottom line Check noveske Website or call.
Sorry for the non-help

I use the supplied crush washer and tighten until it lines up with the Noveske engraving on the left side and pig on the right. I try not to torque more than about 30ft lbs.
