I've ordered a couple holsters and a belt from http://woolfegunleather.com/ and been very pleased with them.

Good quality, very well finished leather holsters and the belt is outstanding.

Best of all is their turn around is 7-10 days if not faster and almost half the price.
Here's a pic of some of them for my M&P 45, I added the threaded barrel after and also switched from Tlr1s to X300 with the help of a heat gun.
+1 Hideous holsters are awesome I have holsters for my Glock 19 w/ tlr 1 and 1911 w/ tlr1 along with mag holsters for each and PMag holsters. Also have an M&P x300 on order. Top notch gear and customer service

    Kaluban Cloak

Kaluban Cloak makes very high quality kydex holsters with a short wait time I had mine in less than 2 weeks. Worn it every day for the past 3 months.

Bill, I've been wearing a max tuck IWB from White Hat holsters for a few weeks now. I'm pleased with the quality and wearability of it. Customer service is good as well. I recommend adding them to the list.

    Hey guys...

I've got another company to add to the list that makes some great quality leather holsters. They've been around since 1975.

    Davis Leather Co: http://davisleathercompany.com/

I've got 2 more holsters on order with them now. A "T-Omega" for my Glock 34 and a Gunsite Omega for my 1911.

    Louisville Leather

I've got another holster maker to add http://www.louisvilleleather.com/

I just picked up a Louisville Leather IWB holster for my compact M&P. His holsters go for around $60 which make them a nice, affordable leather holster option.

    Hits:

    - Attractive holster design
    - Wide distance between belt loops
    - Mold fit the pistol perfectly and allowed for custom retention stretching by the end user
    - Comfortable
    - Sweat guard
    - Cost
    - In stock or very short lead time

    Misses:

    - Leather is a bit "limp"
    - Belt loops swivel instead of being fixed in place
    - Snaps could stand to be a little tighter to avoid unsnapping.
    - Overall stitching and build quality are average (mine had a few spots around the edges that were not dyed completely) Not bad at all for a $60 holster however.
    - Higher quality holsters do a better job at keeping the gun tighter to the body.

Worth a look for someone on a budget or needs a holster quickly.

does great kydex work. I have a few and I love how fast the turn around was. It's my brothers who make them and if it's not perfect they will make it perfect for you. FTF or Ebay I think is all they do right now.
