Anyone shot the FN45 and have any thoughts? Is the safety / decocker like the HK 45? How are the sights?

Sights are OK, decocker is similar to the HK, recoil is average for a .45, maybe a bit less, grip is like a aggressively checkered 2X4, which strangely enough I liked, trigger was so-so.
Seemed like a Solid DA 45. One of my guys bought one but could not find a duty holster for it so he went with an XDM in 40. Anyway it was reliable and about 3 inch accurate at 25 yards in my hands.

I must be doing something seriously wrong. I searched FN 45, FNH 45, It came back nada. Either no matches or too broad. Any tips appreciated.

I did a review of them here:

It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.

I took the plunge. Shot it side by side with my HK45. Really liked the handgun. The DA trigger is really loooooong. But its also very smooth and the pressure does not increase as you pull further into the trigger. It worked perfect for 200 rounds of Rem green box.
It had the flat back strap on it, I kept it on and plan to keep it on. $650.00 with three mags, a cheap bladetech holster/ mag holder and yellow training barrel.
Bottom line, for the price, one hell of a gun. Night sights anybody?
If they ditched the safety/decock levers and put in a LEM/DAK type trigger, I'd be all over that.
