It wipes off easier, but if I'm honest, my normal cleaning procedure is to yell mean things at the rifle while dumping whatever oil a sales rep happened to give me into it's guts...

My SR-15 is relatively new to me. I have a MK18 that I have run hard for a couple years with a sand cutter in it and it is definitely an improvement over the standard mil spec carrier.

It qualifies for the KAC gear pic thread only because of the KAC vfg I modified to be shorter and have water resistant storage for a 123 battery, and the sand cutter. Otherwise it's factory DD.

That's an SBR? I have the exact same set up. I like your CQB/QDC- loud as hell! I have one but now switched to a regular 5.56 QDC which sounds like a top fuel dragster.

Is this Sr15 Bronze?

If so was it factory, I ask mostly to confirm a conversation with a Buddy that got one in a rather lopsided, IMHO, trade

It's factory cerakote FDE. RSR exclusive color.
