AR-15 7.62 X 39 m/m Upper

Who, if anyone, makes a 7.62 X 39 m/m dedicated upper that will properly fit and function on most any current production lower assembly?

Other than the original Colts, I think I've seen M&A parts or one of those have them. MGI has their modular, quick barrel change upper really to be paired with their magwell change lower.

On another site there are several members using the M1S 762 Russian kits with CP mags, in fact one user who is handloading for his is getting 1 MOA all day long.
