Sorry man. Must have missed that. I'm only briefly in and out on the boards these days and don't follow up every thread I participate in. What did you want to know about the KAC extended mag release specifically? What I can tell from my limited use so far is that it's very effective in terms of being able to easily manipulate with your left hand. I have medium fingers, not scary porno long, and I haven't experienced any downsides. It does not interfere with the manipulation of the Maritime bolt catch, but then again I'm right handed and don't spend a lot of trigger time on my weak side. However, you should be good to go unless you've got fteakish baby hands or something.

That said any satan-handers out there besides myself w/ experience running the KAC extended mag release? Perhaps something a lefty has found they like better than the KAC option?

I used the knights, norgon, and the Troy Ambi mag release of all three the Troy was the best fit for me while running a maritime bolt catch. I wear a size large in gloves if that helps. I found the knights move the release too far back towards the grip which didn’t work with my size hands and the norgon was too close to the maritime catch. Hope that helps

Looks similar to what I have. What barrel is that? Also what are you using to mount your light? Looks there are two? One that is attached to the rail and another on top of that which the light is mounted on?

Maybe I'm just not seeing it right.

barrel is a rainier arms select 10.5"with matching bcg and the light mount is a midwest industries mlok to keymod adapter with a vltor keymod scout light mount.Had the keymod scout laying around and my local store had the adapter instock and its been working quite well.

Years ago it was spray painted multicam. Barrel, handguard and stock have changed since then. The paint has worn away.

Very cool and legit. Good to see one worn with use instead of magically transformed with Krylon.
