My Mk18 clone modified to be a little smaller starting at 25.5-inches long fully collapsed - 10.5-inch LMT upper, LMT Defender lower, LWRC ultra-compact adjustable stock, adjustable RMR in AMS Machine mounts, Magpul angled grip, Surefire Miniscout light, and Yankee Hill flip up rear sight just in case with 20-round P-mags.
