How did you get the can on the scorpion? Is there a mount for 18x1 threads, or did you have someone make an adaptor?

Silencer co. has a fixed mount available for Octane series.
ETA: mount http://www.store.silencerco.com/products/thread-mount. (Be sure and donate $10 to ASA, for free shipping). If you have Ocatne 45 HD (as do I), silencer shop has 9mm end caps in stock now. Now just waiting for Damn Form1 approval for EVO.

First day shooting my SOCOM outside. I'm more than satisfied with how quiet it is on my Mk18. No ears, no problem.

I really like it, nice and small and there's really no difference in suppression to me. It primarily will stay on the 11.5 and the size is perfect on there, and helps the gun stay around 9lbs loaded and suppressed. Tone is a little harsher than the full size can, but that's the only difference. Really impressed with flash suppression. Even on the SBRs, I only get a few inch pencil thin piece of light coming out of the front. And it's a dull orange color, nowhere near as bright as a flash.
