Look at the locking part, where on a Gemtech it would be straight up and down serrations - those ones look different. Gemtech also laser engraves their information on the suppressors in white. The ones on that suppressor aren't.

my eyes can make out the gemtech boise id just fine i guess. Also newer halos come with golfball style dimpling in the rear like the multimounts
