Went to a machine gun shoot this Sunday and the guests of honor were:
Papa Kilo Mike!
FN F2000
Sig 552 Commando
H&K MP5 w/ can (YHM, I think.)
Thompson
H&K MP5, SBR upper, spare PKM barrel and Remington 700 .308 w/ YHM can.
Small group shot. 552, LWRC SBR upper on a FA RRA lower and the F2k.
I had an awesome time ripping a belt through the PKM and doing a mag dump out of the 552. I've already shot the MP5 which is, I hate to say it, almost boring. My only regret is not getting to shoot the Thompson. It was acting up because it hadn't been cleaned before the shoot. (It was kind of a last minute addition to the line up.) The LWRC upper was just painful to stand next to due to the PWS FSC556 on the business end. My teeth hurt while standing behind the shooter! I wasn't really interested in the FN for some reason. Maybe next time.
