    Microtech knives

Hey I was looking at a Microtech Crosshair today Im thinking of getting it to replace my Benchmade Nimravus on my FLC. Is it worth the price or is it just tacticool painted and crap? I just want some no BS input.

I love Microtech knives but the Crosshair doesn't really do much for me. I'd check out Microholics.org for more info on it. Is it crap? No, not compared to offerings from some other knife companies. Is it better than the Benchmade? Don't know but there's only one way for you to find out.

Somehow I put a big ass crack in the Nimravus and now theres two parts. Also I was looking for a more multi purpose knife the Nimravus always felt like a fighting knife I want something I can fight with, break things with, dig and do crap I would need to in any situation.

Well there was a gift at my door today the Microtech Currahee Crosshair lol. I opened the box and I am in love with the blade. My only issue is the kydex sheath is so tight its hard to get the damn thing out. Any tips on makeing it an easier pull?
    Now the pics.

Sheath attachment system. Hooks up to molle really nicely.

i got a Multicam Crosshair to.
    and i love it.
want a second one in OD green
i made some extra sheaths for mine.

to losen the sheath, warm the sheath with hairblower or paintstripper machine.
then move the knife in and out that will losen the sheath

    good luck

Thans that helpped alot. I wanted the ACU one with the same blade set up but they were out of stock everyplace I looked. I plan on snatching an ACU one up when I can cause multicam doesnt look right on ABU/ACU.

Send the busted Nimravus back to Benchmade and see if they will replace it. Then you have two new knives.
