    14.5 "and 16"lightweight mid-length barrels

Joe, does Daniel Defense have plans on producing 14.5",14.7" and 16" CHF lightweight(.625 pencil profile) mid-length gas barrels? If yes, when approximately should will we see them. The reason I am asking is because John Holland sent me an email a few days ago saying DD had no plans at this time of producing them, and I was under the impression that DD did have plans to produce them.

We have noticed a growing interest in mid length lightweight barrels. We currently do not have any in production, but this could change in the foreseeable future.

    Mr. Marler,

I am in the market for exactly that. I will buy at least one, possibly two such barrels.

And thank you for your service to our country.

I have no doubt these barrels would sell very well.

How things change! Almost a year ago, CMMG discontinued its 14.5" midweight .625" barrel. I thought I was going to have something unique and then everyone else discovered the benefit.

Anyway, between having that CMMG and DD CHF, I guess I should have waited!

times haven't changed. CMMG didn't sells their barrels because their barrels are junk. Big difference between DD and CMMG.
