Two-Day Pistol 2 Course – Open Enrollment (LE/Mil/Vetted Civilians)

EAG Tactical (Pat Rogers and crew) will conduct a two-day Pistol 2 Course on October 27-28, 2010 at the Garland, TX PD Firearms Training Facility located in Nevada, Collin County, TX. This course is about fighting with the service pistol and the training is geared toward that specific skill set. This is not a shooting course- it is a fighting course.

16 hours of TCLEOSE training credit will be available for Texas LEOs

Price is as follows:

$400 with a $200 deposit; further discount if taken with the three-day Carbine Operators Course scheduled for 10/29-31/2010

Payment in full is requested 30 days prior to the class (September 30, 2010), unless prior arrangements have been made. USG, DoD, other organizations can continue to pay via credit card or purchase order. Contact us if you have questions.

Course Description:

Pistol 2 is a fighting class. It builds on the previous skill sets, with the emphasis on rapid, multiple hits on single and multiple targets, shooting on the move and strong hand/weak hand unsupported shooting. It will include a low light shoot on TD1.

A previous Pistol 1 or equivalent class is mandatory.

Equipment:

· Serviceable pistol (or revolver) in 9 x 19, .38 Special caliber or larger
· 750 rounds of serviceable ammunition
· A strong side, OWB, hip holster – No cross draw, IWB, shoulder and fanny pack holsters will be permitted
· Magazine pouch(es) to carry two magazines on your person
· Serviceable flashlight with extra bulbs and batteries
· Eye and ear protection (electronic ear protection strongly suggested)
· Knee and elbow pads (strongly suggested due to range surface materials)
· Ball cap
· Seasonal clothing – North TX weather at this time of the year tends towards cool mornings and warm afternoons, but prepared for cold and/or wet weather
