I should edit my last post...sorry my fault

"...till few years ago a lot of calibers were banned: 45ACP, 30-06, .308, .223,... that's why it's not strange to find military guns like garands,1911s,AR15s,etc chambered for 45HP, .270, .222 ..."

the only caliber still banned is 9x19...everything else is ok to own....

I'm glad I live in America. Couldn't imagine not being able to own a 30-06. Sorry you have to live in a oppressive country.
A lot of countries are like that. And don't think it couldn't happen here someday...

Frens, is it hard for you to find 9x21 ammo and magazines?

It makes sense to word a law that way- that is, if you want a stupid law in the first place. Wording it to say that you can't own "any military calibers" is requiring three words versus a whole list of calibers where you might leave one off.

It also probably keeps people from wanting the military's weapons like we do!

    no it isn't.
mags are the same, only chambers and rollmarks are different; and 9x21 is easy as .22lr to find...no problem at all, 99.9% of the manufacturers offer this caliber (winchester, fiocchi, IMI, etc)

That's good to hear. I know one thing, you won't be subjected to the same BS we are here in the States. The price of 9x19 has soared recently because the military is using it up apparently. I just paid $16 per 100 at Wal-Mart yesterday That's $5 more than it was a year ago!

    omg!

ammo are pricey here but prices didn't change due to OEF and OIF.

    4€ per 20 rounds Wolf .223 62gr
9€ per 20 rounds AE .223 62gr (considered nice cheap ammo)
    22€ per 25 rounds Hornady .223 75gr

    20€ per 50 rounds .45ACP Magtech

15€ per 50 round 9x21 cheap ammo made in easter europe (don't remeněmber the manufacturer)
