I consider it to be. I've used the Alessi (same design) for over a decade now with the G26 and had zero issues. The 43 is much lighter and thus less likely to come out. Best ankle bolsters I've tried and if I'm wearing pants I have it on (off duty as well as on).

Fresh Noveske Bazooka Green Cerakoted slide on my Battlefield Green G17. Not sure what sights to go with just yet. I know the color may not be everyone's cup of tea but I love it.

Just got a new G23 so I took it out to break it in. 3-15 yards slow fire and rapid engagements. Seems to perform well even with the stock plastic sights.
