Building from preban Colt A2 Lower

still legal to have 16" barrel and tele stock re overall length (on a preban that is)
length for overall legality would still be ok even with stock pinned in fully collapsed position- not practical however- that makes it too short for easy use-unless you're a pigmy!

Just to check, I think the Green labels are 100% mil-spec? The "Blue label" /pre AWB rifles were the ones that had a multitude of differences? I want to know the facts on this myself.
