I try to buy the better stuff, I just buy what is on sale. Maybe we have more sales here, I don't know.

For cheap beer I usually go with Schlitz or PBR

MGD or High Life (the champagne of beers ) is my go to when I want to drink cheap. PBR is not bad either.

Honestly though it is pretty rare that I'm not drinking a New Castle, Heineken, Modelo Especial, or Stella. I guess I am a mid tier beer drinker.

might not be cheap enough... Dundie's Honey Brown is the best beer for the price.

During boy scouts, all we generally drank was Yuengling out of PA - it is still my favorite "budget beer." Black and Tan or Porter are as good as the ale.

    Baltimore/MD folks will probably mention

    -National Bohemian (Nattybo)

-Weidemans (every case tasted different - a really adventure!) or

    -"the beast" - milwaukee's best.

Same here. I've brewed 50 gal this year so far and am planning another 2 batches for next week. When I have to buy beer I will drink PBR or Bud heavy.
