Took the girls out for the day, and I added an RFB into the mix...
I think I'm starting to get bullpup crazy... I haven't taken any of my AR's out of the gun room in awhile...

Never get out of the boat. Absolutely goddamn right. Unless you were goin' all the way.

Hey pbr, could you tell us about the Tavor? How comfortable it is? Accuracy? Recoil?

How do you get a Tavor this side of the pond and what do they go for?

The TAVOR isn't available on the US market. There were some rumblings about Charles Daly working on an import deal but I assume that all died with the company...

The ergonomics are great and it's really well balanced, but the trigger is about as smooth as sandpaper. The accuracy is really no different than what you would expect from an AR with an 18 inch barrel, but I wouldn't expect to win any marksmen competitions with it. There is virtually no felt recoil on this rifle and makes it a real pleasure to shoot. In Canada AR's are restricted and makes it a real pain in the ass to get full enjoyment from them, so the Tavor was a real godsend for us.

    Surefire X300
    Fab Defence bi-pod/foregrip combo
Just waiting for a God-A-Grip cheekrest and then I need to find a good muzzle break

My latest E4 (13.125" barrel with Flaming Pig perm-attached). Now I get zero blast near my face as the pig does it's job well.

MadDog, how's the BattleComp on the AUG working out for you? Did you feel a measureable reduction in felt recoil?

This is a good day for Bullpup owners.

The pack will fit in MSAR's, AUG's, & XTP's. It is going in this MSAR and if it works out well I will be getting another for my ultry shorty E4 (barrel cut down to 13.5" and a Noveske flaming pig perm-attached).

Here's my Steyr AUG A3. I'll probably replace the Magpul BUIS with Troy's.
