I've never seen bolt lugs dig in an extension like that!! I have some old M16 extension take offs that have had many thousands of rounds on them and never seen anything close to that. It does look like it was cast, thats scary!! Thanks for the pictures.

well guys
i dont know if it is custing, or milled from solid steel... or .
dont know how germans made it..
what i know is here in europe i heard abot a lot of this ar15 with this problem...
