None at all. I haven't taken it from one temp extreme to another. But I've had it out all day in hot Texas summers numerous times, and out weekend before last in some nasty kinda cold weather. It's on its 3rd AR and once zero'd, is as true as the day is long.
I like it because its quick for me. It's taken some time to transition from the dot to the ring, but I'm getting there. I'm starting a new SBR project and I'm going to run an EOTech on it. XPS though, not the EXPS.

I tried the same on a red (clay) US Palm grip for an AK. It was too light so I put it back in the Rit for an additional 60 seconds.....only to my disappointment....it was too long and the tint was almost black. DOH! finding another grip of that color which is no longer made will be difficult. I feel your pain.
