What Calibers fit in an AR-15 lower?

Without changing lower receivers, what calibers can fit in the AR-15 lower? I know .22LR and 9mm fit in it, but what else can it be converted to?

7.62 will not fit in a normal AR lower. I don't know why people keep saying it.

Are there AR-styled rifles that do shoot 7.62? Yes. But do they use the same lower as a normal 5.56 AR? No.

This is why I mentioned it, but don't know if the magwell is somehow different, it doesn't look like it.
