    I guess I'll put this up in here too since it is a middy. It's just a very basic build but my first one. It wasn't a full build but good to get my feet wet. It's a PSA pencil profile mid length upper with a PSA premium BCG in it. It's on top of an Anderson lower stuffed with a PSA LPK. I got a smoking deal on a daily deal at PSA for this kit and couldn't pass it up. All it needed was a stripped lower, BCG and charging handle. I topped it off with a troy flip up battle sight. I'm really enjoying the basic, lightweight AR setup and am going to just leave this one as is. I'll probably swap out the pistol grip though for a BCM unit because I like the more vertical profile of them.

    I had other ARs painted in darker tones, but wanted something "brighter" for spring use. This one turned out nice. Yes, a combination of techniques including sponge, stencil and stamping.

    Board policy mandates I state that I shoot for BCM. I have also done work for 200 or so manufacturers within the firearm community. I am prior service, a full time LEO, firearm instructor, armorer, TL, martial arts instructor, and all around good guy.

    I also shoot and write for various publications. Let me know if you know cool secrets or have toys worthy of an article...
