I put a set of Troy folding sights on my Barrett REC7. The front sight (M4 type) pivots up from the rail about 1/4 to 5/16" when I fire the rifle. The HK type Troy front sight on my RUGER SR-556 does not do this. Has anybody else had this problem or knows someone who has. I returned the sight to Troy for inspection, but it continues to do the same thing.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Received an email from Troy this afternoon. They are sending a new sight to replace the one that I have.
Final chapter- Fixed problem. New sight did the same thing. After sending pictures to Troy, they recommended putting the sight so that it was all on the gasblock or on the handguard rail. I had it mounted so that the folded part of the sight was over the handguard rail. I moved the sight foward as far as practical on the gasblock. No more problem.
Thanks to Troy for hanging in there until the problem was solved.
