Upper-right corner, in the forum header bar; it's directly to the right of the blurb that tells you what subforum/thread you're in at the moment. Look for "Private Message," click it.

You should see one from me in there. Use it to respond to me. We need to have a little chat.

To send a PM to a specific member from within a thread, click on their screen-name, select "Send PM" from the drop-down that appears.
