    From what I am seeing the (R) stands for re-classified and exactly what that means seems to be a mystery... Why would they reject it, over-run is one thing but I don't think they would re-box it. The stripper clips were a term in the contract with the FBI I believe.

    The Federal XM556FBIT3 I got about 1 year ago gave me 5MOA as the BEST group while Fed Fusion 62 MSR gives me under 2MOA all day. I got rid of the FBI ammo...They can keep it.

    I had similar results using it in several different rifles. Hopefully, it was because it was "XM" and production version doesn't show similar results.

    Mirrors most of the accuracy tests Ive seen of the load. Even the .223 TBBC version had poor accuracy.
