I tend to Spend most weekends on my girlfriend's family farm in Luray, VA. Saw someone posted they were from Oakton, her parents are from Oakton and her uncle is a football coach there.

Anyone been to the "tactical speedshop" in Luray yet? New gun shop that just opened, hoping to make a stop there this weekend.

Where in Luray is it? Luray is on the other side of the mountain from me. I don't make it there a lot but might be worth making a detour to.
Ashby Arms in Harrisonburg is where I usually end up for locally sourced stuff. Walls are kind of empty right now, though.

It's on the end of town headed toward Sperryville mountain before you get back to hwy 211, right off main street near Farmers foods. I don't remember the name of the shopping center, but across the street from Ranchos, the mexican restaurant. I wasn't down last weekend, but will be down this weekend, hope to check it out.

Thanks. Looks like I might have to make an excuse to run that direction soon. I usually come/go the other way out 211.
If that little BBQ shack just west of the Mexican place is still selling this time of year it's fantastic grub.
