5.45mm Manufacturers ?

I know about S&W, what other manufacturers are producing 5.45mm AR15s ?

I believe Alexander Arms was the original, the Ghengis or something like that but think they are now out of the game.

Model 1 sales(i dont think the barrel is chrome lined) and there has been postings about a piston LWRC product.
