i don't think i've ever seen one of those SPG stock adapters before , it looks to place the buffer tube higher than the swiss folding mechanism like the ddles folder does
Thanks! DDLES copied the SPG Tech adapter. It looks as though SwissArms updated their m4 stock adapter:

interesting , i had never heard of the SPG. i went with the ddles over the swiss arms adapter when i did my clone because of the higher buffer tube height.

it's about time you came over to the dark side and installed an ar stock on one of your sigs

will definitely need some pics when you get the upper and lower together

i haven't done much with my 556 except shoot it the last couple of years , i did pick up one of the 4 position gas plugs for it which seems to help some when shooting suppressed.

I love that photo of your rifle. It is perfectly set up IMO.

SPG Tech was the R&D skunkworks of Gemtech. Their m4 adapter was made at the request of some unit that was using the 552.

Josh I have been meaning to ask, does the spurh mount offer any advantage over the factory aimpoint mount ? Nice rifle btw

It does. I find the aimpoint low T1 mount to be too low. The Spuhr mount is slightly taller, 1.18" height. It allows something between lower 1/3 and absolute cowitness of the flip up irons.

how do you like the grip , it looks great on the gun. i've never really minded the saw style grip but might have to try a more vertical type grip.
