Quick Noob Question About Barrel Twist Rate

I just wanted to be sure about this issue before dropping 12-13 hundred bucks on one, and then finding out I screwed myself because I now have a ton of ammo sitting around that's so completely unreliable/inaccurate, that it's unusable. Or be forced to get more expensive ammo to use just drilling.

All of my ARs have 1/7 barrels.
My competition and defensive loads have 75 or 77gr projectiles.
My high density training ammo is either 62 or 55gr.
I have shot examples of each that were consistently well under 2 MOA at 200 yards from a high quality barrel.
