    Official Stippling Thread:Stippled PMAG's & Other Parts, let's see what you got!

    Was messing around the other day with a wood burning tool and a PMAG.

    Turned out pretty well and am going to do some different patterns soon (like golf balls).

    Very nice sir. I'm curious since I really don't know much about stippling. Is a wood burner the best tool to use for this or are there other methods used?

    Looks like a great way to build up some skill prior to touching a gun.

    thopkins22, looks good.

    If you have a digital camera, it should have a "flower" (AKA MACRO) setting on it. Switch to this setting for close up work. Outdoor lighting also helps a lot.

    Thanks, was the first thing I tried stippling. Then I grew balls and did my Glock.

    I am (currently) of the opinion that a wood burning tool is the best way to go.
