When you do Gen4 frames like that do the extended back straps still fit?

Yes they still fit. Would be best to get them textured to match.

After extensive review of this thread while I was away, finally gave it a shot with a more extreme grip reduction on the 19.

It's still a work in progress. I'm currently exploring options on how to get a metal edge to wrap around the top part of the backstrap as well as the undercut of the trigger guard to finish the border above the stippling. Also the magazine release scallop and guard undercut has only been hit with 1200 wet sand; do need to go higher grit to get a nicer look but it's smooth right now.
