    No, I had purchased all the parts earlier, some from Rainier, some from other locations. I just had them assemble.

    Isn't that the truth--I built my first AR last month (RECON Type). I have another two (AR-15's) in progress and starting an AR-10 as well. In all I have six AR-15 lowers and one AR-10.
