I have one that looks a lot like it. From of all places, UTG. Cost me about $35. I've had it for about 5 years now. I would buy another one at that price.

The TAC Force includes a shoulder strap and an internal removable 3 cell mag pouch. The shoulder strap can be used with the mag pouch.

Thats cool. Mine has an internal mag pouch that can hold 6 mags and 8 pistol mags or tools. But it's not removable.
