AK Picture Thread

I have a couple of Kalishnapuppies just like that one...I haven't been able to get them to pose with my AK's yet though...very nice collection.

I like the mag. color where did you get it or did you die it your self?

V-notched the rear sight with a file, lined the V with red paint and used green on the front sight for contrast. I ran it for a bit during our most recent M4C regional shoot. It's becoming my new favorite. Time for an AK class.

Any heat problems with this set-up and the RMR? How hot have you gotten the weapon?

I've had no heat problems. I've shot this rifle to about 6 mags back to back and had no issues. I was able to hold the rifle comfortably and the optic worked fine.

I have done a simple test which I posted a video about, here:

I compared the heat build-up between the MI rail and the Ultimak.

I'll do another test this summer when it's hotter than Hell outside and see how things go.

Does that MI rail give cowitness? I've been out of the AK game for a while now, but the last time I checked, Ultimak was the only practical way to get AK cowitness. If so, thats a pretty cool product
