All I need is a Surefire G2 on it in a Gear sector mount.
V-notched the rear sight with a file, lined the V with red paint and used green on the front sight for contrast. I ran it for a bit during our most recent M4C regional shoot. It's becoming my new favorite. Time for an AK class.

I've had no heat problems. I've shot this rifle to about 6 mags back to back and had no issues. I was able to hold the rifle comfortably and the optic worked fine.

I compared the heat build-up between the MI rail and the Ultimak.
I'll do another test this summer when it's hotter than Hell outside and see how things go.
