Somewhere there's a 1000HP 1st gen Camaro with a Toyota Supra engine in it, I saw the article in Hot Rod last year. Why a 9mm 1911? Low recoil and cheap ammo makes it easy to shoot/train a lot more which is probably more beneficial than the marginal increase in terminal effectiveness that .45ACP brings to the table (or at least that's my line of thinking).
