It takes that style of magazine. You can use the DPMS, C-Products or Pmags. Pmags have already established a great rep. and they're about $20 ea.

yeah I'm looking at different rail options at the moment. If I had my hearts desire I'd want something like the MI SS12 or the Troy TRX for it. I'm not really huge on quad rail systems anymore. The PMags have worked great so far.

I wish that DD made an Omega rail for .308s.

Yeah i too have wondered about the bushy AR10. The main reason is Sportsmans Warehouse has them on sale for $799.99 right now so even if i don't shoot it it's an investment. From what i've heard its essentially a DPMS with a mid-length chrome lined 4150 barrel and a two-stage trigger.

Mine has the two stage trigger and chrome barrel. I need to get some glass on it to wring it out at 100 a bit. I'd be curious to see how it runs with some high quality ammo.

yeah i know thats why i seriously considering it. I mean you can't even touch a DPMS sportical in 308 for that price. The counter guy said their company bought almost 400 of them for a great price.

Still banging right along. I pulled it apart a few days ago to clean it and perform an LTI on it, still no issues of any sort. I haven't gotten a scope for it yet, so I'm mostly running it hard at 100yds and in with 5.56 type carbine drills. It digests all of the various surplus I've fed it without complaint, but I am hoping to get some of our M118 just to see what it will do with it.
