I think its a 551 with the hood removed or its fake. I know what you mean about not taking him serious, it was a joke. I would do a conversion in .22 for my 8 year old, thats about it

I decided to give this Nickel Boron hype a try. Top: M&P15 "enhanced" AR15 BCG, Bottom: Fail Zero/Spikes Nickel Boron M16 BCG. I'm not normally a huge fan of Spikes products, but this doesn't seem like too bad of a piece. Only range time will tell.

Mine used to be that shiny. After a couple thousand rounds this is what you get.

Not so shiny anymore.
