    Weight? Oh it ain't light. I literally just got this upper back 2 hours ago and put it back together and just took a pic. Yeah it does have a bunch of crap on it. Gonna play with it over the next couple of weeks and see what can come off to lighten it. The RediMag, variable and Surefire stays. Other parts are in question. An off hand assumption with one mag is that I guess it weighs around 10.5 pounds.

    I've never been concerned with light weight so I can live with it but trimming fat is never a bad thing.

    Thanks for the reply. Weight isn't as important to me as other things. I just wanted a relative idea of what others are running. As long as it doesn't have "extra" stuff hanging off it I don't mind
