I just finished this build today. On the upper is a VLTOR MUR 1S upper receiver, 18" McGowen stainless fluted 1/8 twist barrel, , JP 15 1/2" tub, BCM charging handle, Surefire muzzle device (this is temporary until I get my AAC can mount) and a Young National Match BCG. The lower is a LMT with the obvious MAGPUL furniture with a Geissele SSA trigger.

Now I have to get it ready to paint and I have to find a good deal on a Leupold MR/T piece of glass with a illuminated reticle....

Switched out my old lower for a new Aero Precision and added a Magpul K grip at the same time.

After going through 4 or 5 different uppers and setups, I've finally found my favorite simple setup: my BCM bfh 16" lightweight middy. Will add an Aimpoint PRO once I find a good deal and still deciding on a muzzle device - leaning toward a Rainier RMC...
