No retailer/shop sells those DD RIS II FSP anymore. Best bet is to buy them from individuals looking to offload them, but expect to pay more than what they're worth.

Ain't that the dam truth. I was looking for a min FSB version and saw some used ones going for $600.

By the way, how do you like that magnifier you got on there? Looks like a CX3? Not much info on them out there.

That one is just the standard production model DD RIS II FSP in black. The other one I post from time to time is the special one.

I've been looking for one for a long time. It seems like everybody is moving away from the FSP, and in turn FSP compatible rails are pretty much extinct.

Glass quality is pretty good. I was using a cheaper Primary Arms 3x magnifier before this. The eye relief is shorter on the Aimpoint, but overall build quality is better. Functionally they're both (Aimpoint vs Primary Arms) identical.

Thanks. I paid $150 for mine during the last and final Brownell's special a few years back. I really wouldn't pay more than $200 for these since they're pretty heavy and dated in design. That said, it has one of the most solid/secure mounting design and this thing is damn robust.
