Yes, it was copied by GGG, but the originals are from Bobro. I have one preproduction / prototype, one gen one, and one current production (QD) model Bobro. I have grown very used to them, and they tend to be the ones I grab if I need a bipod.

Board policy mandates I state that I shoot for BCM. I have also done work for 200 or so manufacturers within the firearm community. I am prior service, a full time LEO, firearm instructor, armorer, TL, martial arts instructor, and all around good guy.
I also shoot and write for various publications. Let me know if you know cool secrets or have toys worthy of an article...

It is made by Geissele, and it is not QD, though it does give a very good return to zero if that is important.
