The RIS II FSP looks real good, first pics of the latest version of it I've seen clearly of one installed. I've been thinking hard about getting a black RIS II FSP for my upper.

if it was it would have the pin above the selector.

Negative. As per Leroy Thompson's article in SWAT Mag this month (actually the May 2010 issue), where he "reviews" the CEU, Aimpoint is personally choosing to limit sales of the CEU to LEO and .Mil customers only at this time.

ok, that's what i thought, but figured I'd ask since the body has the designation for it next to your selector
