Recently replaced a LW-50 barrel with a 1/2 off LaRue. Also replaced the beat up DD handguard with a Geissele blem 15" MK4 MLOK. The rail was much lighter, but the LaRue barrel is much heavier than the LW-50.
Painted it afterwards, ran out of OD before I got to the scope. Now I cannot talk myself back into painting the scope!
Threw some ammo together with some primed virgin brass I had laying around... I've been itching to try out the Sierra TMK's I recently picked up... Seems like I need to get more in depth with 23.0-23.4gr range.
Sorry having problems with pics

Hi,
I'm new to owning an AR-15...shot plenty of M16's and Colt 9mm subs as a LEO. This is my first build which is only a couple of months old. I haven't started reloading for it yet but I can tell you that I can put 9 out of 10 shots within an inch with Federal Match 69 grainer's.
Please forgive the Star Wars Thordsen stock. I live in NY state and would rather shoot it than stash a traditionally built one to make a political point.
