Why aren't the ADS, Knight SR-15 and Magpul ACR rifles included on the chart?

Because they are not widely available, not available at all, and not an AR, in that order.

So does the military M4 use a "H" buffer? If so is that why it is on the chart?

NO.
A2 front sight base forgings are all the same.
It's how they are MACHINED that makes them different.
Bases destined to be installed on flattop carbines will often be machined 0.040" higher and be stamped "F" to designate as such.

There are NOT different forgings for the two different heights.

I stand corrected. Yes, there is one forging, cut to two different heights, then one is marked "F" to denote the 0.040 higher of the two. My bad.

Hey Rob, great work bud, not to nit pick... but the complete LMTs do come with the LMT rear sight. That is, if you were referring to the complete in your chart, just assuming since it is $1250 and all. Thanks for the great chart.

I did not know this. It's not pictured with the sight anywhere I've seen it online
