    Twist rate (left hand): 16

    What does that mean? If I had to guess. The grooves in the barrel that spin the bullet twist to the left 16 times..

    Am I close?

    1:16 twist rate means that the rifling will spin the round 1 time in 16" of travel. One complete twist in 16 inches...
